Bouteloua curtipendula - Side-oats Grama
Perennial, clump-forming warm-season grass that grows up to 2.5 feet tall. Grows in full sun and dry soils. Spreads by seed and through creeping rhizomes. Inflorescence and seeds droop to one side of flowering stalk providing visual interest. Seeds are eaten by a variety of songbirds.
